Figure skating is an incestuous world. Not only is it her partner's wife's ex and biggest rival's ex, but also her coach's son. I'm pretty sure any awkwardness with Tanith (if there ever was any) has long passed. I'm sure he was a guest at her wedding to Charlie.

I've wondered if/when they'd get engaged because they've been together for many years (not that everyone gets engaged...) Congrats to them!!

What you are saying is rather absurd. Neither is Belbin or Virtue exactly Davis's best friend, nor did she run off with Andreev. From what I know, her relationship with him did not even start when he was still with Virtue (he was with Belbin before that, so even less chance for Davis to "run off" with her boyfriend). Nor were Belbin and Virtue ever married to Andreev, so the part about running off with their husband is even weirder. Finally, how could Davis "run off" to anywhere with her boyfriend of six years? They could run off only if they married in secret. It's not like their engagement is secret.

i actually think meryl and tanith are good friends - wasn't meryl a bridesmaid at tanith's wedding?
