I can't open Twitter or X.

I don't know how to convert it unless someone else has suggestions. The first image looks most like the one in X but is about 1/4 of the size
Everytime I try to open X or Twitter it wants me to enter my email address. Then it tells me it is someone else's and doesn't let me do anything. Basically I am blocked.
To convert you can click on the forward symbol,then copy link and paste it.
