Bear sightings are becoming more frequent in Connecticut lately. It appears that one bear wanted to experience the features of West Hartford, touted as the best place to live in CT and in some cases, America. Not only that, it showed up at Blue Back Square. a complex of upscale shops and restaurants. And, West Hartford is the next town over from mine!
