2020 Japan Open, October 3 + Carnival on Ice gala

Wishing I could go back to the Lake Placid JGP
Google translation: https://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/japanopen2020/outline.html

This year, the Japan Open has reached its 15th milestone.
Considering what we can do to the maximum now in the face of various regulations due to the spread of the new ******** infection, we will hold a two-team competition by mixing professional amateur juniors with only Japanese players from the usual three-region competition. I decided.
We would like to provide a stage that will be a new step at the beginning of the season for players who have lost their place to perform due to the successive cancellations of ice shows and unattended games. We also hope that it will be an opportunity for fans to see it up close for the first time in a long time.
We will give due consideration to infection prevention measures and strive for safe operation, but we ask for your cooperation in many cases, and we ask for your understanding.
In addition, we are planning the first live distribution of the Japan Open this year so that more people can see it. Let's support the Japanese players who are doing their best together!

Someone said Alysa did a 2A, 3F+2T, and 3Lz.
Alysa Liu’s “La Strada” SP was shown (prerecorded) during Carnival on Ice. I think the layout was 2A 3Lz 3F2T—but I wasn’t taking notes, so don’t hold me to that! I assume her performance will be included when CAoI is shown on TV tomorrow.

Frau Muller

Proud Puerto Rican-Russkaya!
Congratulations to the highest scoring lady, Mako Yamashita! She was a last-minute sub for someone who had to withdraw. I’ve been partial to Mako since her loopy “Una Vice Poco Fa” SP in past seasons. 😆

Rotating while Russian!
I like the flying spoon and then the steps into the combo spin. With some miles on this, the ending will be great.
