It's a cheesy theme, but L/L are definitely leaning into being ATHLETES. No one else is twizzling like that, they're making them all look geriatric.

This program is fun enough, and it has a real concept to it, which places it above the vast majority of RDs this season. Not going to make their career highlight reel, though.

D/LM are another team who might benefit from a coaching change, or if not, they need to update their packaging. This program is sooo goood if you watch it on mute, but I'm not sure what the costumes have to do with the music or the skate or how the choreo goes with either. I almost respect it as an FU to this theme.

I don't hate the idea of LaLa's program--I just hate it for them.

Looking at Carriera/Ponomarenko - this is what I want my cleaning robot to be able to do - to wave it's arms to every possible direction non stop. Only Natasha McKay comes close.

I think it would be smart of them to lean into their athleticism. Reminds a bit of why their Rio programmed highlighted their technical strengths well, lots and quick steps able to be done securely and with speed.
