Their scores, based on their Challenger, are very close. Eteri has more protecksia in China than IAM does.
they always get randomly high challenger scores that have never translated to gp's/worlds in the past, so I guess we shall see
At one Challenger that came the week after SkAm where they scored about 10 points lower...

Well we both overestimated Eteri’s power. Not having any top skaters (the Georgians are not favourites to medal at GPF or Worlds) has diminished her clout. Not to mention that Dav/Smo have not improved in any way I can detect. Other teams have.
Definitely. I think we all expected the combined power of Eteri & IAM would produce an unstoppable juggernaut of momentum for DavSmo up the standings. I'm rather glad to see that has not materialized. There are other teams that are far better and more interesting.
