My favorite so far is Anderson Cooper! He is fantastic!!!

Aaron is my second favorite, for a number of reasons...........

I liked Mike Rogers the best, then Anderson Cooper. I don't like Aaron Rogers' voice.

I like Anderson Cooper the best. Since Jeopardy only tapes a few days a week, I wonder if he could still do his CNN stuff and be the Jeopardy host.

+1 for Anderson. He is my favourite by FAR so far. But I somehow doubt he would actually be interested in being the new permanent host? Unless he is getting bored with CNN or something, lol.

I've been pleasantly surprised by Anderson - he's different than on CNN and 60 minutes, looser and fun. I like Aaron's understated approach, because when he did go off script, it felt genuine.

I'm really glad that these latest hosts seem to be moving away from just trying to be Alex 2.0, which is what I didn't like about Ken. It's a new era, the show needs to move on.

Are any women scheduled to host?
Yes, Katie Couric already hosted and Mayim Bialik, Savannah Guthrie, and Robin Roberts are still to come:

Aaron Rogers reminds me too much of Commander Fred (Joseph Fiennes) on The Handmaid's Tale. Creepy!

Jean Trebek will be sharing her memories of her late husband, legendary "Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek, following his death last year and how she has carried on his legacy of giving as part of an upcoming NBC special.
Trebek spoke with TODAY co-anchor Savannah Guthrie as part of the special "Inspiring America: The 2021 Inspiration List," which will air Saturday at 8 p.m. EST on NBC and Telemundo. [...]
"I think one of the beautiful things, the blessings that came, if you can call it a blessing, is that he got to really see the outpouring of love and admiration that he gave to the world," she said. "Some people just, you know, you don't see that while you're still embodied, you don't get to really witness all the love that people feel for you. And I know that that was in and of itself a huge inspiration for Alex."

My problem with Anderson Cooper hosting is he has been on Jeopardy before and he's surprisingly...not that smart. Like, even at current events. Aaron Rogers is a Jeopardy BEAST. He loves the game and is good at it--he beat some pretty intelligent people to be the celeb champ.

I can't wait for LeVar Burton--I don't think they'll hire him because of his age, but I think he'll be great in his guest appearance.

I didn't realize Aaron was a great J player, good for him.

Still, I like Cooper's ability to fill the host position. Aaron is my 2nd choice however.

I'm curious how they can rank Whitaker when only one of his shows has aired.

Looks like an update of an older article - the comments go back weeks. Guess the writer was anxious to get the article back up to the top so added in thoughts on him after just one day.

I'm annoyed I even clicked on the article - these rankings are so subjective, and in some ways a bit mean. Scanning the comments, the readers don't agree with this one writer's rankings.

I am so disappointed..............I wanted Anderson or AAron. I was not impressed by either of the 2 that were picked.

They were trying to find someone full time who did not have another full time commitment. I liked both of the new hosts during their weeks.

I am not a Bialik fan. She's an anti-vaxxer and also pushes lots of other pseudo-scientific nonsense.

I liked what I saw of Bialik's guest hosting gig.
I didn't.

But also, she is still what I consider an anti-vaxxer. Consider this statement: "As of today, my children may not have had every one of the vaccinations that your children have had" IOW she's one of those proponents of not giving all the childhood vaccines and not giving them on the recommended schedule. There is what I would call a parenting cult that promotes this view and I find it very dangerous and misguided.

She also is a spokesperson for Prevagen, a supplement that does absolutely nothing for the brain, which as a trained scientist, she should know what p-hacking is and that this is what Prevagen did in order to claim that it was 'clinically proven' that their supplement helps with memory when it does not.

She has other views that I find problematic.

I won't be watching her episodes of the show.

I liked her very much too. Unfortunately the trolls are out on FB saying that she just likes to show off how smart she is, and she dresses frumpy🤬

She's quite open about how she dresses modestly because of her faith, and IMO it's really great to see someone in such an image-conscious industry showing how to dress well without showing a lot of skin.
