I know you meant the "reserve" team, but I think it's apt that he should be in the "reverse" team by now.If I understand well he is and was in the reverse team .. http://tass.ru/sport/3272663

"After the April meeting of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, which was devoted to the results of the season in figure skating, it was noted that the 33-year-old Plushenko is still in the reserve team."
But it's funny, yes...
The actively competing younger skater(s) who will be left out of the team so he can retain a spot probably won't find it so funny.

LOl! my typo...I know you meant the "reserve" team, but I think it's apt that he should be in the "reverse" team by now.![]()
Morozov has one daughter, Annabelle, who I think is 15.But I have yet to see any receipts that Morozov is actually Davankova's husband...where are they?
Has Morozov been in Paris lately?
I'm surprised though that Morozov is so keen on marrying these young women. He also said in an interview that he would've married Miki if not for her mother. If he's just interested in teenage girls, why bother marrying them? Why not just date them? It's not as though girls that age are really looking for marriage anyway. Is he trying to prove to the world that (this time) he's "serious"?
The young skaters just have to skate well consistently to remove any doubts. Russia will likely have two spots in 2018, and not just one like they did in 2014.
And realistically Kovtun should've been able to place at least 9th and secure 3 spots for next year, but yeah. Having Plushenko when there's at least 2 spots isn't really all that unfair IMOhe delivers
So that leaves 1 spot (maybe 2 if a miracle happens) for at least 6-7 other men to fight over.
How can you use "delivers" in the present tense when he hasn't competed in over 2 years (and we saw what happened the last time), he won't compete this season, he's had more major surgeries since then, and he's 33 years old already? Delivers what? Personally, I would prefer to watch men competing in Korea whose spines are not held together with bolts, chicken wire and gaffa tape, but that's just me.
Did you actually read my post? The word 'delivers' is not in it- anywhere. Even if it was, there would have been an 'if' before that, and there is a sentence that starts with 'if' (without the word 'delivers' which you are accusing me of using in the present tense). It all depends on what he would be capable of in 2018 and what other skaters would be doing. He is old but I wouldn't draw conclusions based on imagination. Let the present reveal itself when the time comes.
You are imagining a lot and accusing me without reading my post.
Stop putting words in my mouth.
I wish he would compete like a full season rather just doing the Olympics when he feels like (yes I know did Volvo Cup in 2013-2014), but then it's really incredible what he's able to die with all the injuries.

Yuko is back on the ice! However, they are working slowly & carefully, & Smirnov says they probably won't be ready right for the start of next season.
Now there's a typo to die forI wish he would compete like a full season rather just doing the Olympics when he feels like (yes I know did Volvo Cup in 2013-2014), but then it's really incredible what he's able to die with all the injuries.

Wow, he's an arse.
Were he and Anna an item? Is that the implication of the "other reasons he doesn't want to discuss"?
Nothing great, and now I am really happy that Nikita didn't say anything about leaving Elenaany chance of you telling us briefly what he said?

If you read the comments under video of the spin, someone pointed out that the skater was misidentified as Gubanova and that Gubanova is not training with Mishin.Mishin's group in Canada

Looks like Gubanova is now also in his group, she made several 2A-3T-3Lo today according to some reports on Twitter![]()
Thank youIf you read the comments under video of the spin, someone pointed out that the skater was misidentified as Gubanova and that Gubanova is not training with Mishin.
Thanks to @Alez for identifying Alisa Lozko as the young blond (born June 1, 2002): http://www.fskate.ru/skaters/3390.htmlCoach Mishin and his students (Tuktamysheva, Petrov, Nugumanova, Gumennik, Semenenko) currently are in Toronto area (Guelph FSC) for a high performance seminar: https://www.instagram.com/p/BFIGlNLQeJ4/?taken-by=liza_nugumanova
(who is the young blond girl, 2nd from the left?)
Alisa Lozko RUS 181.32, 120.20 in FS - I think her jumps were: 3Lz, 'tano 3F-half loop-3S, 3T to 2A, 3Lo, 'tano 3F, 3Lo+2Lo, 2A.
Lozko's winning Jr. free skate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZudnUBFfTI0
1 Alisa LOZKO RUS 120.20 62.87 57.33 7.08 6.75 7.33 7.42 7.25 0.00 #29
Protocol shows 3Lo<+2Lo so 6 of 7 triples landed cleanly.
You know what I mean by that.he doesn't feck up his program like all of the other Russian men. Since.. 2004?
he can be counted on, Kovtun should be retired forever as far as I'm concerned. Plushenko gets way too much crap from people.
