Is it really circumstantial, or did they manage to uncover something that is actually true? It's all circumstantial, but this is quite creepy.Do we know who invited Denis to lunch?

There may be lots of reasons. Envy, any perceived lack of respect (I am saying perceived because sometimes people who get offended are offended because they wanted to be offended rather than because someone gave them actual reason), it can be something as small as Denis not giving someone right of way while driving, or someone decided that Denis looked at them ‘the wrong way’... None of those reasons you or me may consider significant, but then again neither you nor me go around murdering people. Some people are just scum and would murder an old person for a bag with five pounds. Denis very likely had much more than that...Yes, but why would anyone want Denis dead![]()
I can see a good lawyer making that argument if facts presented itself to make it look like Ten was after them and was so much stronger than them that they panicked and used a knife to stop him from pummeling them. Of course, I think most people would roll their eyes at that argument (unless the lawyer is super persuasive) because they robbed Denis and they outnumbered him and they still didn't need to use deadly force.
There was an earlier discussion in this topic why some one may want another person dead. Some nutty person may not like "how one looks at his wife"...Yes, but why would anyone want Denis dead![]()
You speak for so many of us!Denis, I miss you so much.![]()

The exhibition presented Ten’s own photos and those taken during his performances, and his friends prepared a video installation shown on several screens. A book was also available for guests to express words of support to his family and friends. The International Skating Union and the Kazakh Embassy in Japan supported the foundation in preparing the exhibit.
“The initiative came from the Japanese fan community, who, after exhibitions in Almaty and Astana, asked the Denis Ten Foundation to come to Japan. They greeted us very warmly. Many visitors came [including those who] came specifically [to the exhibition] from other cities of Japan. People cried, smiled and approached us and Oksana Alekseevna (Ten’s mother). They thanked us for holding this photo exhibition,” said Denis Ten Foundation Executive Director and the skater’s friend Gauhar Omar, reported informburo.kz.
Ten was not only an athlete, but a person with a rich personality who expressed kindness to others, a trait which the foundation wanted to highlight, said Omar.
“Initially, our concept was to show the multifaceted personality of Denis, not only as an athlete. Everyone knows him as a champion, but also, he is a friend. For example, videos from the personal archive show him as a human, a friend and a creative person. Here, people can see photos of Denis and photographs made by him. The warmth that Denis gave people is now returning. The fact that he is remembered is heart-warming. It seems to me that this is what drives the foundation and all of us – that people remember and want all his projects to continue,” she said to 24.kz.

They intended to reveal a memorial of Denis at the site of the stabbing today, but it had to be postponed due to technical issues.
He is so missed.

I will skate to Caruso this season, the same music that you skated to in the 2015 season.
You inspired me with that program and I hope to inspire others with it also.
You are not forgotten.
Thank you
