On SOI when they wear other people’s costumes from years past it is almost always from group numbers.

This set of costumes, originally from 2015, are being used again on this tour.

I think it has to be these costumes she would have been referring to, it doesn’t look like the others are repeats (but I could be wrong). I think it’s kinda fun when they bring back these old costumes and it seems the skaters always get a kick out of seeing who previously wore the costume.

Just a monthly reminder that there could be 7 US women skating at Nationals next year who've scored internationally over 200 points. Jeez! I've never seen this before -

Alysa - 226
Bradie - 225 {2019}
Amber - 215
Isabeau - 215
Elyce Lin - 213
Ava - 201
Sarah - 200

ETA - Lindsey - 199
Starr - 191, I added her here. Two women in the 190s (that I can think of) in the just under the hot 200.

Speaking of Bradie, she's doing something with Mozart. Interesting that they're giving her classical again. But I like the look of it in this snippet. I can never get enough Mozart programs!

I personally believe that Bradie is the biggest threat to the 2025 US triumvirate

Not strategically. She’s been to the Olys, she’s had a lot of injuries, she’s in her mid-twenties and there’s real talent in the Ava-Sarah-Elyce triumvirate. Sending one of the younger ones to Milan means Oly experience for 2030….

But I doubt anything will dethrone the current top three short of major injury or a cataclysmic fall season.

Health is Bradie`s Waterloo. But, I`d rather watch her than some of the other top contenders - Alysa for example. Bradie is matuer with something to say. I don`t need my female skaters to be perky. Though judges are liking Alysa`s jumps.

I thought Alysa’s SP was the most mature of any of the ladies (in the world not just U.S.). It was definitely not perky. Her movement is so much more authentic than many of her competitors IMO.

IDK. I say that if she skates w/ fire like she did at 4CCs, and the others wobble, she has a great shot at a ticket to Milano.

I love the energy that radiates from Alysa…this coming from a “not a fan” of her earlier competitions (before stepping away) Bradie has an intensity and determination that is apparent on the competition ice. Style-wise it is apples and oranges. Personally I prefer the joy and internal intensity of Alysa. Both are incredible athletes who have the resume to earn an Olympic spot.

Yes, it was so refreshing about Alysa I mean was you just saw the joy of skating and no nerves, there was, no one saying “has puke face”, “looking Stiff”, “looking nervous”….

And then just doing a cartwheel to go out and skate the short program? Lol I mean it was so refreshing to see some thing like that.

No pressure or expectations. Twil be a different story next season but I'm guessing she can handle it possibly better than others who have had big expectations put on their shoulders.
