I agree with @tony's analysis, but would also add that those guys need to step up and skate better than they did last season if they want to be in the mix for 2 GPs on the initial assignments list instead of just 1 and waiting/hoping to pick up a 2nd.

This also would seem to confirm that Robert Yampolsky decided to remain junior this season, and I think that's a good move on his part. Qualifying for the JGP was a bit of a surprise for him - hopefully he can be a bit more consistent this season and qualify again, plus get another shot at the Jr Worlds team.

don't remember when Kaori used the pieces from Tree of Life, so I asked my Twitter friends.

My Twitter friends told me that Kaori used the music from Tree of Life for the last part of her 2018-2019 FS (the first part used the music from the movie The Piano).

No, he hasn't. I haven't heard anything about his plans (eta) besides starting at Fordham University this year. He's still listed in the ISP as of today.
