I'm a Nathan fan but to be fair Yuzu hasn't had a clean short with Nathan around since the Olympics. It's probably in Yuzu's head since he does beautiful shorts most of the time.

Clean Yuzu definitely has the potential to outscore Nathan in the short. Which would change the dynamics of the matchups.

I have always been surprised that an opera singer like Jonathan can talk for these marathon reviews without concern that it might strain his vocal cords. I have seen documentaries where these singers speak at a miniumum, wear scarfs to keep their throats warm, and follow other preventative measures to protect their instrument

Ex-singer here. Without going into boring detail , I don’t think Jonathan is running much risk. He speaks very well, the recaps are basically done in a relaxed conversational setting, and he’s not straining to be heard over a lot of background noise.

The singers you saw in those documentaries might have been taking extra precautions because they were in the middle of a performance run. Or they may just have been neurotic.
