Nothing nefarious - you can gift memberships to other users.

I renewed my subscription yesterday and things seemed to work fine. I did 6 months and did the After Pay option via PayPal. However today I am now getting all the ads. Would it have anything to do with using the After Pay option.

I also cannot see where my subscription is in my profile.

Hi! I renewed my subscription on July 4th, buying a Season Pass to replace the 6-month one (?) I had previously; I used PayPal (as usual). The Kiss and Cry threads opened up again immediately but are now Private again. When does the Season Pass membership kick in?

It would appear that my subscription has run out and I am now showing "private" on many threads. When I click the prompt to pay it shows my daughter's name and address. This makes no sense to me except that she did pay for Peacock for me to watch worlds while I was visiting. her in the US. Please advise.

Is it possible that your daughter's credit card info is saved to your browser, and the browser is filling in the information for you?

There isn’t I’m sorry. If you were to renew KnC now, it’ll last til next April.

My subscription expires in June. I'm trying to renew for 1 yr but the only 1yr option is GIFT & it won't let me gift myself. I bought a 1yr last year.

Also I was scammed for thousands & only recovered a little by a person using Paypal so I never use it. Is there another way to pay?

I’m sorry but you cannot renew a 1 year subscription until your current 1 year subscription ends.

As for payment, currently it is only PayPal but I’m looking into an upgrade with them which will bypass the need for a PayPal account.

Hi, I tried to upgrade in order to gain access to Kiss & Cry. After I clicked on the 'Purchase' button for season pass, i received this error: "Please choose a valid payment profile to continue with your purchase."

Could you please advise how to go about 'choosing a valid payment profile'? Is this something I need to set up somewhere? It didn't provide me anything to choose from... Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi, next to whatever subscription you choose, there is a choose payment option on the right hand side after the subscription option. Either stripe (card) or PayPal is available.

Click on your user name at the top of the screen - select Account Upgrades - scroll down to Purchased upgrades - there should be an expiry date on that purchase.
