Lee's three opening jumps were so visibly underrotated that the judges were comfortable giving them negative GOE even without the caller marking them (unless they were called < in real-time, which I doubt since the negative GOE should've been greater if called). Salchow looked underrotated, too, but has 0.09 positive GOE. I'm suspicious of the flip sequence, too, even if it's green for now. Second loop borderline <<. 2A+2T may be the only clean pass in the program.

I really wish that if the skaters insist on putting her hands up over her head and she misses the jump, it would be an extra penalty.


This race to get the feature I think is one of the reasons some skaters do not have consistent jumps because we’re so busy showing we can do fancy things we never got the basics down
