Sounds like Lee is in good hands, both the doctor's and yours. Hang in there.

We read through another stack of cards and letters today, after another not-all-that-successful attempt at eating supper.. it really brightened her up. 'Pretty cool' she said.
This is Day 117...and we are still hanging in. Who would have guessed?
More to come...
It's my go to place for information. Hopefully, Lee won't have any issues with hers, but this is the best resource I've found for anything related to enteral feeding. Lee may well be able to try a blended diet once you all get home which is the best if at all possible.Thank you, @rfisher, for the good ideas and help. That link will be a good one for us!
Day 129... Lee slept most of the day; infection still isn't gone, but it's going. Neuro team won't put her shunt back in until it is clear, so we are probably here for another week.
She still can't eat, drink, or talk hardly at all, but the docs figure that is likely because of the infection or antibiotics, and should return after this.
Right now, she is watching Kaetlyn Osmond and Gabby Daleman kick some butt... seems pretty engaged.
She won t wake up for me hardly at all, so I sit here all day, waiting for some attention. Then I stick earphones in and turn on skating, and she wakes up.
And I still sit here, waiting for some attention. Go figure.
You need to put on skates! And maybe a sparkly skating dress. And I still sit here, waiting for some attention. Go figure.
