^^^ Unfortunately Loena Hendrickx is no longer listed for this week's Nebelhorn Trophy :( (this was posted a few days ago in the Nebelhorn competition thread in the Kiss & Cry section).

From July 31 in this thread:
Via Benoit Richaud's Instagram stories, there was a gala earlier today in Courchevel (Peak Ice Camps) and Estonia's Eva-Lotta Kiibus performed her new SP, choreographed by Richaud to Harry Styles' "Sign of the Times."
@puglover asked about Kiibus in the 2020 Nebelhorn Ladies Podium Poll thread - she just skated at the Tallinn Open Championships this past weekend and here's a relevant excerpt (and FS video link) from that competition thread in Kiss & Cry:
Senior Ladies

Norway's Sondre Oddvoll Boe originally entered Nebelhorn Trophy but also is no longer listed. This August 31st article/interview recaps his last season and mentions his new programs at the end: http://www.absoluteskating.com/index.php?cat=interviews&id=2020sondreoddvollboe
Sondre kindly updates us on how he is doing the last months.
I spent quarantine in the best way I could. I tried to keep training hard and stay motivated. Being off the ice for long is never my favorite thing but I needed a break anyways. I was lucky enough to go to Finland in the middle of June to get my programs done by the amazing Tom Dickson. I loved working with him and I think we came up with two really good programs. At the moment I'm training hard for the season, hoping that it will begin as planned. If not I'm staying strong and motivated for whatever happens.

ETA that Norway's 2020-21 national team was published around Sept. 16:

Weird, it seems that Anna Vernikov and Krasnopolski are signed up for the Russian GP. I am shocked! Is he keeping the same partner for TWO seasons? Is it because of the pandemic that he had no opportunity to do his usual swap? Or is he getting wiser with his ‘older’ age?

He skated for four seasons with Danielle Montalbano, so I wouldn't read too much into things if I were you.

Yes, but that was the only partner who managed more than one season (or one season and tiny bit extra, if we are accurate). Since then he never managed such commitment ever again.

Vernikov/Krasnopolski have only competed internationally 6 times together since early 2019. If he wants to qualify for his 3rd Olympics, it would make sense to keep his current partner.

Well, he switched the partners even in the off-season before the Olympics, so I don’t think he is so much worried about what makes sense. If he went for what makes sense, he would try to keep any of his partners longer than a year. Conners was not bad at all, for example.

Conners was not bad at all, for example.
I give Paige Conners a LOT of credit for learning pairs quickly and well in the Olympic season and making it to PyeongChang. She talks about her experience, burnout and enjoyment of collegiate skating in this April 2019 University of Delaware article:
Excerpt:
“That whole season was so long, I got so run down,” Conners says of her Olympic run. “I didn’t put my skates on for six months after that. It’s crazy. I quit. I was like, ‘I’m done. I hate this.’”
...
At that practice I learned that most figure skater’s careers end around the time most people enter college. It makes sense. It’d be impossible to keep up with a world-class training regimen (Connors skated for roughly five hours a day in her buildup to the Olympics) and attend class regularly.
...
It took a six-month hiatus for Conners to give it another chance. She did so at the urging of the coaches and maybe a quiet desire to reconnect with the sport she’s dedicated most of her life too.

Wow, thank you very much for that, @Sylvia . I kept wondering why he got rid of her, and it seems that actually she was the one who quit because she was burned out. Now I feel bad for making fun out of him for changing partners every year!

We often see how a pair skater suddenly appears with a single skater partner (or a pair beginner partner) and everything seems to be going so well, we don’t even realise the pressure the partner must have been under to learn everything so fast. Kadyrova who skates with Balchenko, Sobinina who skated with Volodin, Vasilieva who skates with Volodin now, Solovieva who skates with Ivanov... they all managed to learn pairs within a few months. And while we are amazed by their fast progress, we don’t see what is behind the progress and the price they paid for that, both physical and emotional.

Antipova went from being an under average junior single skater who has never even qualified for the nationals to eight place at the world championship (seniors, pairs) within two years. And then she was diagnosed with anorexia. Obviously I am not saying that learning a new discipline should be blamed for causing her problems; I am pretty sure that their coach Pavlova and her partner Maisuradze significantly contributed to her developing anorexia, but the pressure of learning pairs so fast must have been overwhelming! That definitely didn’t help.

She landed the triple axel and still earned only 153 points? :( I will have to see the protocols. I was already getting excited that there will be some competition for Russian girls, and now it doesn’t look that promising yet. That’s a pity; it would have been fun to watch the Russian federation regret that they let her go. But Russian junior girls get around 180-190, the better ones around 200 and Valieva 227, so it looks their medals are quite safe.

Last season there were two Spanish pair teams, are Broda/Betegon still around?
Yes, they were invited to compete in the first Gran Premio Italia (new Italian Grand Prix series) comp. in Bergamo, Oct. 24-25 (refer to the competition thread in the Kiss & Cry section; info also is posted in the Italian news thread). Here's their updated ISU bio: http://www.isuresults.com/bios/isufs00054996.htm

I saw in Instagram stories shared via the hunskate account that Ioulia Chtchetinina was granted Hungarian citizenship in a ceremony earlier today. She and Márk Magyar skated their new programs (music is listed in their updated ISU bio) out of competition at Budapest Trophy this past weekend. Tbh, this was a disastrous seniors event.
Sophia Schaller outskated every senior men besides Zandron by more than 20points!

Schaller is leading the race now for the ladies.
For the men, I don't even start calculating unless Maierhofer joins the game.

Edit: What's going on with Maierhofer? Pretty silent these days.

Benoit Richaud recently shared part of Maierhofer's program via Instagram story (at Luc's training rink in Egna, Italy).

Poland's Ekaterina Kurakova spent 2 weeks training in Egna: https://www.instagram.com/p/CHATpHjJ836/

Looks like SVK's Nicole Rajicova (hasn't competed since 2019 Worlds) is planning to compete this season - she entered Cup of Tyrol (since cancelled) and now Santa Claus Cup in Budapest, scheduled for the same week in late November.

Thanks, @mkokos82! Also mentioned in PFSA's FB post - Igor REZNICHENKO ("Despite Igor's lack of official information about the end of his career, we would like to thank our longtime representative, four times national Champion, for accepting Polish citizenship and worthy representing Poland on the international arena.") and junior Olivia RZEPIEL ("We wish you success in further coaching work!").

2020-21 Polish Senior/Junior National Team document, dated Nov. 5, 2020, is linked from PFSA's FB post & the fed. website: http://www.pfsa.com.pl/docs/1718/PZLF2018_kadra.pdf

A decision was also made to postpone the Polish Junior Championships in the competition of dance pairs, which will be played in December in Cieszyn as part of the Four Nations Championship. Additionally, in Cieszyn, there will be an opportunity to compete for dance pairs also in younger categories, but below the junior level, young skaters will not compete for the title of Polish Champions.

The Polish Youth Championships 2021 in the dance couples competition will be held as part of the Maria Olszewska Lelonkiewicz Memorial in Łódź.

At the meeting of the Board, issues related to the organization of the Four Nations Championship in Cieszyn [ETA: annual combined Nationals for CZE SVK HUN POL], the organization of competitions as part of the national calendar of events and the implementation of the Chodz na skates program were also discussed. PZŁF wants to organize the Polish Championships in Cieszyn even if it turns out that due to the restrictions introduced in connection with the epidemic, it will not be possible to conduct 4 Nationals in the current formula.

It has started in 2006 as an online community of figure skating fans, skaters and coaches under the name skating.com.ua and in summer of 2020 was registered as a non-profit and rebranded as Skate Ukraine.
Founder @divan is a member here at FSU, I noticed today. :)
