She deserves a spot at Worlds so I've got my fingers crossed.

Same here! She was recently injured, so I was very excited by how well the short program went.

Matos was far short of the minimum score at Euros today. Grm qualified for the free so she still has a shot of hitting the necessary mark. This change hit her harder than any other skater since she continues to show her quality, including a silver medal at the Prague Ice Cup this season. She deserves a spot at Worlds so I've got my fingers crossed.

I think Matos is proof of the TES minimum being ridiculously high. She did two clean triples, one in +2T combo, a clean if slightly wobbly 2A, and had two level four spins, and she still can't get it. That's utter insanity.
