That's an odd question, but yes. If there are any concerns with the hips, they can always opt for a Caesarean.

Hip replacements have come a long way. It's definitely possible to be pregnant and manage just fine as long as they're taking good care of themselves.

My brother went skiing 4 months after his total hip replacement. They have come a long way. 2005 is light years ago in joint replacement technology.
