I'm on Day 3 of IF. Doing the 16/8 thing. Does this get better? Because everyone said that I'd feel so sharp and wonderful while fasting, and I feel tired, weak and cranky. I'm not craving carbs less ... I'm craving them more. Everyone at work is doing it so I feel almost embarrassed to drop out but it's not fun going to bed hungry and waking up hungry. I've tried sipping on black coffee and drinking water to fight off the hunger but I'm just not feeling "detoxed."
Fitness goals: I hurt my ankle very badly while running in September and gained about 10 pounds I want to lose. I'm 5'4" and about 127 pounds right now.
