Unlike D/S FB/C's program actually has a beginning/middle/end, but it's still four minutes of emoting like they are highly constipated.

The hydro blade movement was the highlight for me.

Night in day in terms of sophistication, construction, extension, control. Chock & Bates could never.

I think FB&C are Oly Gold favorites now.

Despite my ick feelings around the formation of this team, I've always though that LFB could be a world champion with the right partner and this program is the kind of vehicle that could do it.

He's doing the heavy lifting, such as it is. I guess it's hard to find a partner that can really match someone who's that good.

Enjoy the high/low and exploration of sideways movements. I continue to side eye Cizeron’s unacceptable (IMO) upper body strength deficiencies. He’s all glamour muscle.

Reed and Ambrulevius going right after that, this is also night and day. Just NOTHING going on, no edges. All vibes. I get why they are so audience-friendly but the skating quality has never been there and isn't going to suddenly start this season.

Levels 2 & 3 in one foot turns, rather repetitive use of spoken word, nice twizzles, don’t get how they’ve made such a rise. Average technique, average presentation, average program.

Reed/Ambrulevicius - Voiceovers - ugh. I don't dislike them as a team and glad they've found a style which suits them, but skating after the French team not doing them any favours. I'd have them behind Guignard/Fabbri in the Free (ship has sailed overall) but tech score says otherwise. They had a concept and interpreted it well.

The fix is 100% in against the Italians if the PCS here is higher than theirs. I cannot be convinced otherwise. This is so far outside the top 10 in the world content, the GOE was generous, the program is all vibes and holding on for her life to get through stuff. Seriously.

Hopefully the federations with something to lose form their own counter-bloc to start lowballing FB&C. 10s are ridiculous for what they’re putting out.

Seems clear to me that the goal here was to take out the Italians and counter any skating at home boost. Now the skating at home boost might get them from 7th to 5th.
