I believe he was a "deputat" in St. Peterburg. When he quit that position, he might have moved to Moscow; that would be logical since the company he is now involved with is in Moscow. So Anton S has moved back to St Peterburg then? Last time I read anything about him, he was a politician in Moscow.
Looks like Julia Lipnitskaya will do commentary at Rostelecom (and probably other events as well)

We need to be careful with statements in the press about “Julia’s future”. She made comments on her future before, media printed them in all sorts of variations, and then Julia would say “that’s not exactly what I said… I said “maybe” or “in the future”, and not now and done”.
The exact words said by Julia (in a press conference at the Russian Youth Festival) are: “I am planning to try myself out as a commentator at the upcoming GP in Moscow”. She did not state she’s hired officially, or which channel/publication hired her, nor any channel/publication confirmed it.
Julia, in the same press conference, said 2 more interesting things. That the next step in progress of the sport is 5X jumps. And that in order to raise the popularity of Figure Skating in Russia, next Olympics should be held in Russia again. Some people think that Julia needs at least some basic training before she can commentate, given she can be "shy in public".
There are over 20 articles about Julia’s interview @ the Youth Festival, with a wide range of interpretations of “what she said”… from “Julia became a TV commentator” to “Julia is thinking of…” to “Julia found a desk-job”.

really wants Tutberidze’s girls to stop winning, I’m sure they will be able to come up with something. Like make it the ISU rule that the one with the most underrotations wins. Then finally they can have their dream podium of Nagasu, Wagner, and whoever is the third American spot holder.
I'm talking about the proposed changes to the scoring system the ISU is currently dealing with and the pressure being applied for change as it pertains to heavily packed or loaded TES favorable programs, quads, etc. Not anything that you have mentioned or suggested.
