Love Lisko - had kind of a curvy landing on her combo, thought the second 3T could be q despite the amplitude.

Like Iida's attempt at an out of the box program - not quite sure it landed, but A for effort. Combo also seemed to have sketchy rotation but didn't seem to get any calls.

Leona - very tight nervy skate, wasn't getting into her knees at all. I'm sure she will rebound in the free like she did at NHK.

Rino - shame about the rotation calls because her skating is really head and shoulders above this group, so a .26 lead seems rough.

Amber warmed up 5 triple axels - 2 perfect, 1 step out, 2 popped into singles

One of the strangest falls we'll see this season with both feet flying out for underneath Rion in the middle of the step sequence. The elements that were clean were excellent, but the errors could leave her well back of the leaders.

Her issues are that she had a tooth infection and had dental surgery late last week.

Rion's dress is rivaling Nakai and Chiba for the Most Twee Award - Japanese Women edition of the season. I just can't with the violet chiffon ruffle on the neckline.

She's another Japanese woman who I find boring AF and she's taken herself probably right out of the GPF conversation, which is fine by me.
