And that is supposed to mean what to those who don't find daily weigh-ins helpful or healthy? It's a good thing you didn't develop an eating disorder according to you but that does nothing for others.Am I the only one who has weighed myself almost every day for most of my life? When I was skating it helped me and it still helps me to keep fit. I have never had an eating disorder.
If I gain more than 5 pounds I just don't feel right.
