My cats do that all the time. Especially Lily.

There is a squirrel that likes to sit on my deck and taunt her. She chirps at it a lot. It sounds cute but I think it really means I would kill you if I could reach you. That squirrel really enjoys being an asshole too.

Looks like the Smithsonian National Zoo got another tiger - and I think he liked the snow!

Pavel is an 10 year old Amur tiger and Amur tigers are native to the forests of Russia and northern China and are also considered endangered.
