Me too. The FAR superior original 1988 version (not the more recent one). And Cry-Baby (the best Johnny Depp movie).

Also, according to his Wikipedia page, Don Featherstone (the flamingo guy) died June 22 2015, not this year.

What are these ugly things for? In kids' corners/playgrounds they are probably OK..... but for adults?
How can such "toy-like-plastic" be considered a REAL decoration and intentionally placed in adult people's houses? Is there some "history to it"? Are these things, regardless of how they look, associated with some great event or a symbol?. I've missed this trivia and want to know. Are they "party decorations"?
 
They are just tacky lawn decoration. Someone else will have to explain their appeal because I don't get it.
