Hopeful that Everhardt and Broussard will pick up the host spots to SA. :)

Lin-Gracey and Torgashev are well placed on alternates list to get a first and second assignment, respectively.

Andrews is also pretty high on the alternates list so GP is still possibility for her.

It’s probably not going to happen for Seo, Ma, Xie, or Kapekis.

Heard that Elyce is wearing a mask so does her coach, Tammy, even during the award ceremony.
Please don't give it to others...

And multiple skaters hugged the coach during the practice...

so in looking at protocols it looks like Andrew got a q on his quad and actually fell on his second 3a (which should have been in combo). His jump layout looks drastically different from last season, so hopefully as he gets used to it things will improve (no one tell me about "history" or whatever let me live)

Hope dies last! :fragile:

(((Tomoki))) From 2nd to dead last? 😬

Yeah for Jimmy and Camden finding their quads. Hopefully they stay healthy and keep 'em coming the rest of the season.

I do like Everhardt's jumps, but that program needs a lot of fine tuning in between. When she can hold elements, like the Ina Bauer, it looks great, but overall this program is too reminiscent of Gracie's but lacking Frank and Lori's fine tune polishing.

I wonder why Isabeau's last spin was called invalid? That on top of the time violation and her levels really stung her here. Her spins and levels were a big issue at the start of last season too. She was honest about feeling pressure as the US Champ. So hopefully it's not worse now as a World medalist. 🙏

Conversely, nice to see "newcomers" throw down the gauntlet and get rewarded.

Looking at the protocols for the FS and watched the videos and how the everloving heck did Isabeau not get an edge call on that opening lutz combo? She was so far onto the inside edge on that jump take-off that her axis got off-balance.

I'm getting tired of Isabeau's music selections and lack of tension and tempo changes. No matter how pretty, her skating is not doing it for me. No wonder Alysa is coming back.

Lucas Broussard's free skate:

Thank you so much! I was looking for it.
That 4T-3T is sooo smooth now. And i can’t wait to see where he takes all his beautiful expression. Wishing Lucas health, hope to see him for many years to come:)
