Based on new photos it’s clear she has some sort of piercing in her gum, not tooth gems.

Technically its the bit of connective tissue between her gums and her upper lip.

As a dentist I can say that it looks more like a piercing….maybe through the frenum, a small piece of tissue that connects the lip to the gums. Ouch is all I can say, and piercing can cause much more damage than tooth gems.

No dentist needed, the photos clearly show that it's a piercing. I guess Rippon is to blame for this other atrocity that was first speculated?
