I am looking for advise on a free add blocker? I just got a new computer and all the adds are driving me crazy.

If you use Google Chrome, you can add their extension Adblock Plus to control the insanity. It gets rid of a lot of ads that take up the whole screen. It is easy to unblock yourself when you need to.

I had it for years before I had Google Chrome. I think it works on everything

AdBlock Plus uses a ton of resources on your computer which can slow it down. I use uBlock Origin, it works exactly the same but it's not as hard on your computer.
