Unfortunately the IOC is more likely to just have 20 teams qualifying for the Olys and they all make the FD than they are to allow an extra warmup group in the FD.

The winter Olympics is very expensive to put on and not many want to host it. They have a hard cap of how many athletes in totalso I doubt they will add in even one more for some of these disciplines.
