2026 4CC - Men Free Skate

Isabeau Levito has maybe the worst euler in the history of skating. Ilia's euler is nice, but sadly, there are no exceptions when the Matryeshka Matriarchy begins. Punishments will include, but are not limited to mandatory interviews with Andrea Joyce, listening US prescription drug commercials over and over, and having all your life choices judged by Shawn Rettsatt.

I dont like Eulers either, it looks like a mistake to me even when all the way around, like they fell out of something else
Surya Bonaly had a glorious one.. literally made it look like an actual jump rather than raggedly getting into some scrunched up position for the next jump. And oh the distance it covered.. spectacular.

The music may give Elvis Stojko memories (Hyeungyeom used it last year), and there's something very retro about the skating in general but it's all very pleasant and choreographically makes sense rather than being a concoction of weird movements for IJS sake.

I love this music and it definitely makes me nostalgic for 90s mens skating that was all about the soaring movie soundtracks.

As much as I like Liam's SP this season, the FS is just sort of there. The opening 3A+2t was really nice though.

Presentation seemed to mostly consist of putting his hand to his forehead, but general skating seems okay.

slo mo replay shows Liam has sparkles on the costume too. So random and confusing. I can't tell what theme they were trying to portray.

I knew is sounded familiar. And I've never seen Dragonheart so it wasn't that.

Jacob is the kind of skater I should enjoy but today is the first time I have really enjoyed him. That was lovely. Good for him for such a good skate!
