2025 Skate America Pairs Free - Slay Something (I'm Giving Up On You)

AkoRakh - 3tw - nice; SBS 3t - she flipped out on the landing; throw 3f - huge air; SBS 3s+2a - messy landing on the 2a from her; first lift - not loving the lift exit position; second lift - he just grabs her by the leg on that entrance, slow exit; throw 3s - massive double-foot & forward landing; FODS - alright; choreo seq - not much there; last lift - another clunky exit; combo spin - oh good lord - he wiped out in the middle of it!

Well, that will definitely drop them behind both LaurEth & ChanHowe. Overall, they were rather slow and they need more amplitude & confidence in those lifts, IMO.

This team was a bit of a discovery at the Skate to Milano in Beijing, and I would suggest going to watch that skate to get a sense of what they are capable.

-1.00 = Falls
106.24 = 4th Place
170.98 = 3rd Place

Aww shame about the spin, but I don't think they would have held 4th place anyway. Sweet to see their reaction towards each other at the end, I feel bad for being rude about his hair now.
Don't feel bad about being rude about his hair - it's sooooo bad it's distracting, lol. I couldn't stop staring at it yesterday in the SP.
