All I gotta say is Jason's got some work before Nats if he wants that Olympic TE gold because we need him to be a lot stronger in the TE Men's FS than he is right now.

at this point, I'd say Jason is beatable (by other US men).

They were at Skate Canada. You know a location is bad when even The Flag People don’t show up lol.

The short counts more than the long in te though

That's not the worst idea, though we need the points in both the SP and FS that Ilia can earn. With the bigger field in the SP, Jason could wind up 6th if the rest of the men skate reasonably clean.

Forgive me, but I feel like Jason has had zero signature long programs (except for Riverdance over a decade ago). It's been the same program each year skated to different music. He's so creative, I really don't understand it.

As much as I think that Brown is a lock for the U.S. Olympic Team, I am not sure that he is a lock for the silver medal at Nationals.
