That's sad to hear. I used to drive up there & combine it with visits to relatives. It was fun seeing up & coming skaters back when it was the Liberty Open-- Patrick Chan, Adam Rippon, etc.

I've been hoping for info on Battle of the Blades in Indiana since it includes pairs but I haven't been able to find anything. The event on USFS website says it starts on 8/24 but there is no leaderboard or website.

I'm interested in that one too! I'm also interested in the start lists/entries for the Sherwood Invitational - though maybe less so since Broussard is probably at Champs Camp and Xie is in Bangkok - not sure if Alena Budko is competing this season.
