Just got home.
This is one of the best, if not the best, SOI I ever attended.

I have lots of thoughts to tell, but first and foremost, I'd like to share the full version of the grand finale for the Portland show.
Everyone, both skaters and audience, became quite emotional - happy, excited, and at the same time sad to realize that the show was coming to end (Karen was wiping away tears).

Always has been a beautiful costume if it was. I wish more skaters wore others costumes after some years. Some of the costumes are as memorable as the program itself!

I just got back from the St. Paul show this afternoon and thought the same thing!!!

Yes I noticed it. Mirai had a pretty clear pic of it herself but it was on one of her insta-stories so it's gone now. I had suspected it was the same dress, but couldn't quite see the detail on it until that pic and am now positive it's the same dress.

After my show I got an email to fill out a survey about Stars on Ice. Now they have a link to take the survey on the front page of their site: https://www.starsonice.com/

You can get a code for a 25% discount for the online store if you fill out the survey and you can tell them what you like and didn't like about the show. They ask who you might like to see in the future too (limits you to picking 3 names).

I also noticed in the FAQs talk about a 2023 show...

Tickets for the 2023 Stars on Ice U.S. tour will go on sale after the 2023 tour schedule has been announced later this year.

I was concerned since there were no advance order flyers in the arena this year.

Literally went into hibernation after coming home from @starsonice because of how exhausted I was. Skating is hard af but the show was fulfilling in that I felt like I was living out my childhood dream with all my friends. ?

I chose to skate to this mashup of Beyoncé songs grown woman and bigger because I wanted to encapsulate a word that showed up a ton of times in my business courses: legacy. I was so honored that I was brought into the cast as the legacy skater but at the same time, I worried that I’d look out of shape next to the 2022 Olympic team. I walk away with a lifetime of memories and will reminisce about all the times my cast mates made me feel better after any falls (and they do happen). ?

I’ve got a ton of @starsonice footage I want to share but first, I wanted to say thank you to literally all of y’all who came to the show. I haven’t gotten to perform in front of a crowd in awhile and it meant the world to me to hear the crowd while I was bumping in my element. It was the best feeling ever.
