Tonight's American Music Awards was an episode on my childhood--a Clueless reunion, Alanis (my first concert ever!) and Celine. I miss the 90s!!!!

Also, "You Outta Know" is not dated whatsoever.

I watched part of it, and they did seem to be doing a throwback theme - JLo mentioned big moments from the past - distant past - and then there was also Paula Abdul and Donnie Wahlberg presenting with a throwback clip of them too.

Kinda funny because I do listen to current music but still didn't know half the acts nominated and a few who performed, and when they cut to the audience, I recognized almost no one. Most of the people in the front rows in the audience weren't even born when Clueless and You Outta Know came out, and they were perhaps surprised to learn that Paula Abdul was famous *before* American Idol. Can you imagine the Hadid sisters and Jenner girls? "Hey look that's Jenni McCarthy's husband on stage! Oh wait, I've seen him on the Wahlbergers. Do you think he's related to that old dude from Ted?"

Anyone else thought that Madam Secretary felt kind of different last night? Not in a bad way, it just didn't feel like the episodes before. Maybe because there was no actual political thing going on for Elizabeth? Still enjoyed it and
I'm glad they finally got rid of Sterling. But I'm wondering if there's more to him because otherwise, what would have been his purpose? And I really enjoyed to see more of Russell. Never thought I'd say it but I kind of like him when he's like he was yesterday. Like him and Elizabeth as a team, too. They work well together, me thinks

HHHHMMM.... Are "Game of Thrones" and "The Walking Dead" provided spoilers for some "missing" characters? Interesting...

Could Wally West be making an appearance on The Flash soon? It was mentioned a couple episodes ago that Joe West has a son he never knew. I wonder how he would fit into the show if he does appear.

I really want to watch The Man in the High Castle, but I really don't want to pay for another service to watch it. Is anyone planning on watching it?

Quantico

So did anyone else watched the last episode and what do you think? Did they finally give us a clue as to who the real terrorist is or was it a red herring?

For Amazon Prime Members, season 2 of Transparent will be made available today, ahead of the regularly scheduled release date (for everyone else, season 2 will be available December 11th). Season 2 will also have 10 episodes.

Red herring. There are still two episodes until the break so I think it was just to throw us off. He is too obvious a suspect now. At least that is what I think. I could be wrong!

Is it too early for a reminder that Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas is on ABC Family on
Saturday, 12/12, at 12:15 p.m. and
Sunday, 12/13, at 11:05 a.m.?

I KNOW everybody can watch everything online any time, but this is SPECIAL. It was on HBO in 1977. We didn't even have a VCR back then. Then years later it was on Disney, I think, and I did tape it. I watched it every year. I made my boyfriend watch it one year. I think he fell asleep! I haven't had the VCR hooked up since 2008 (DVRing things right in the t.v.), and I have looked for it to be shown every Christmas.

I don't know why I did a search on it this Saturday, but there it was. It's only on those two times on ABC Family 12 Days of Christmas schedule. (DVRing it for next year.) It's funny and sweet. The songs are so good (written by Paul Williams; if you are over 40, you might know who that is). You'll laugh and cry. It's 1977 Muppets technology, but it doesn't even matter!

Of all the people with secrets and not trustworthy, he would have been my pick from the beginning, so yeah - NOT.

I still get momentarily confused with the past and present bouncing around, but I'm hanging in there.

Did anyone watch Madam Secretary last night? I sure hope they're not setting up Russel for a heart-attack or anything. He's kind of grown on me and I think they've had enough staff turn-over. (CIA director last season and the National Security Advisor twice in one season, so I really hope there isn't a new Chief of Staff coming any time soon)

Isn't he the guy who won the Grammy last year for album of the year? :)

Not that it matters, but I was just thinking - we didn't even get cable till Christmas of 1982, so the first time I saw it would have been 1983. Anyway..........
