Yet again, bumping up this thread just because Caroline and Michael do have a possibility of making the Olympic team. They're not the favorites here on the forum or by TPTB but they are worthy competitors. Remember, I'm not anti C/B or C/P or Z/K I just want to show some appreciation for this team too.

They looked good in their practices! Also, noticed that Tanith and Greg are there with the MIDA teams, but not Charlie. Not that I expected him to be. I do wonder if the internal chaos affects USFS's support for the school.

I love their programs, and I am so happy that G&P skated so well. But, I'm so sad that they probably aren't going to Milan. I hope they get to go to Worlds.

I wish we could trade a men's or pairs Olympic spot for another dance spot.

They skated so brilliantly, it's heartbreaking that it wasn't enough, but like you I also hope they'll get to go to Worlds.

Absolutely gutted for them, that FD was gorgeous. I can't imagine what it feels like to be first alternates (I assume) yet again.

I certainly hope they continue, they have such a unique voice. Not sure about new coaches. MIDA obviously hasn't been lighting the world on fire, but who knows what the future holds.

I would love to see them train with Scott Moir and Madison Hubbell.

Do Gregory/Petukhov have any senior teams? They could be an interesting option.

I hope they continue on too. They're too good to get lost in the riches of US ice dance. That FD of theirs was stunning.

They have Tali/Lafornara. They've had a rough senior transition struggling with injury, but they're terrific when they're on.

Yes. And it appears that Charlie is no longer with MIDA. Their students don't list him as coach in their ISU bios anymore.

woah?? Who has the tea, it must be a seriously acrimonious divorce if they're splitting professionally too. Especially since Charlie (or his name at least) was the main reason for teams even going to MIDA
