It's kinesio tape (or PT tape). She may have had a slight injury/muscle pull/sprain. She hasn't said anything so we don't know the details. FWIW, a lot of skaters have competed with tape like that on various joints/limbs. It didn't seem to affect her in the RD. Hopefully whatever it is heals soon.

I thought something was up when I saw the Coca-Cola patches on their team jackets at CoC.

Vogue article that talks about lot about their costumes. Interesting that Madi supplied photos for the ones they wore in practice yesterday so maybe they’ll wear them for the competition Sunday.

Interesting that Madi supplied photos for the ones they wore in practice yesterday so maybe they’ll wear them for the competition Sunday.

I'd be surprised if they were practicing in costumes they do not intend to use. The new costume looks much better. More flowy. Less heavy. A bit shorter.

I sort of think Madison will wind up at the GPF with another new costume. And then, I really want her to go Piper Gilles on us and have another new costume for Nats, then a new costume for the TE FD and top it off with yet another (#6!) costume for the Oly FD.

It's really hard to imagine elite figure skaters drinking something as junky as Coca-Cola. I'm just a regular person, and I haven't touched the stuff in decades.

Coca Cola has many products besides the soft drinks coke and dieth coke
Bottled water Dasanti, Smart Water, Minute Maid Juices, Powerade to name a few. Yeah some are high fructose sugar, but not the carbonated cola products

Edited - but an endorsement ad is money for them.
