in light of recent announcements, thought this would be a good place to house a list of non-Russian skaters who train in Russia or are trained by a coach who is Russian and travels under a Russian Passport that are going to Worlds or Jr Workids.

I would assume that perhaps not all of the skaters may have already returned to Russia to train after the Olympics and may be in their home country.

The complete Georgian team lives and trains in Russia-correct?

Right now Harley Windsor is in Moscow with Maria Chernyshova; not sure about Hektor Giotopoulos Moore (he and Anastasia Golubeva were scheduled to make their pairs debut for AUS at Worlds…).

I checked on Aeroflot and there are no flights Moscow to Georgia. The closest you can get from Moscow is Armenia.

Ive seen posters claim that France will not issue visa’s to Russians. Does anyone know if this is true? Just wondering if Russian coaches who are coaches under other federations ( ie Georgia) will be allowed to go to worlds

Are all these skaters going to Worlds?

As mentioned above, Brendan Kerry is in Australia at the moment but he's been crossed off of the Worlds delegation on the ISA's spreadsheet so he won't be attending, presumably due to his leg injury. Hektor and Anastasia are still listed as attending.
If France isn’t admitting Russian citizens, can Anastasia get in?

What about dual citizens, ie Rafael? Even someone like Marina Annissina? Would she attend Worlds in France?

The Spanish fed has announced that Hurtado/Khaliavin are relocating to Madrid for training indefinitely. I do hope that Kirill's wife and child are also being allowed to move with him.

Also sounds like they don't plan on retiring at the end of the season, so yay for Spanish ice dance!

I saw a tweet this morning that his wife and child are coming with him.

I can't imagine Kirill would leave his family behind. No idea how Spanish citizenship works, could his son already be a citizen as well?

It's by no means an ideal training situation, though; there's a reason why Hurtado and Diaz left Spain to train abroad many years ago. I wonder if there might be another European option for them - Fusar-Poli? Someone else?

Maybe Margaglio in Finland or Cappellini/Lanotte's former coach Pelizzola?

And it's possible that the training situation is improving, especially with Javi working to start his academy.

Wasn't Monko also coaching in Moscow? I guess as a temporary solution she can coach them?
Yeah, the issue is coaching more than training conditions/ice time. I don't think Monko was doing the kind of work they'd need, and am not aware of any relevant options in Spain for them. But hopefully others will know more - and really the important thing at this point was to get H/K & family relocated. I'm more concerned about the skaters who're currently in Ukraine, of course, but it was still a bad situation.

Hase & Seegert have been training in Russia of late, as I understand it.

Russia is not allowing either them and Muller/Dieck to go back to Russia. I think it is due to the fact they are "sport soldiers" and so theoretically part of the German army.

German Fed seemed confident about Nikita Starostin. The issue for him is that he is Russian and doesn't have German citizenship yet.
