Non-Russian skaters training in Russia

I haven't heard anything formal about it being banned, but per their instagrams Harley is back in Sydney and Hektor and Anastasia are currently training for Junior Worlds in Tallinn, so they at least seem to be avoiding it in practice now.

Does anyone know the status of Harley’s Russian skating partner? Has the situation ended this partnership?

He's posted a clip of training a lift with someone in Sydney, but I don't know Maria by sight so I don't know if it's her (there didn't seem to be a tag but I might have missed it).
