^^ Yep, I agree. But when I take a look at the free skate scores, I get mad all over again seeing how often J/C have been dumped behind T/M when they skated better than T/M. For that fp, T/M never have deserved high PCS, and even with mistakes T/M continue to receive overly high PCS. They are placed ahead of J/C on performance execution, choreo and interpretation for their Candyman mess, and that's just wrong! That scenario has happened too often this season. It's disgusting. See how tight between 4th and 5th in the fp. J/C should have at least won the fp over T/M if not 4th place outright.

I hope J/C can get on the podium at Worlds with at least D/R not planning to be there.

^ Yes, I don't normally watch fan montages but I accidentally saw Unstoppable and loved it. I would think Vanessa and Morgan themselves would be moved by that one.

He is amazingly elegant. He has beautiful body lines and pretty positions, and graceful flowing movements.

I don't agree with this. If I re-watched some of his programs I might agree with about lines, positions and movements. But to me those three things do not necessarily = elegance.

Elegance is much a bearing or posture as it is those three things. Alexei Urmanov and Jeremy Abbott come to mind.

Also, programs contribute to an elegant look, and "The Matrix" was not one that did that.

All that said, I still liked Joubert a lot.

There's been small subtle hints they've left on social media post-PyeongChang that they aren't quite done yet. I'd love for them to go another quad, but I'll take another season or two if they're healthy and enjoying it.
