Ah okay. I only heard about it a few weeks ago and my automatic reaction when a 20 year old gets engaged and married quickly is pregnancy. Good to know that's not the case. Still, they're soooo young.

Getting married early is quite common in Russia. My mother has former classmates who got married for the first time at 17 or 18 and had their children shortly after, were divorced by the age of 20 and remarried several times. Same goes for their kids. In their mid-60s, they often are great-grandmothers.
My aunt also had my cousin at 20 or 21 and got married a few months before the birth.

Depends on the family I guess. My aunt moved away to the far East of Russia because her ex was working in the military there and his family stayed in Gatchina. My grandma lived with my grandpa's family.

Back in USSR times, yes! the living space was in short supply, and allocated by government, and a young married couple would live with one or the other set of parents, especially if both worked and needed a grand-mother to help with a child. Nowdays young couples if they have money do rent their own flats, often close to parents, again to help with a baby. But if one compares the "russian family situation" with "western family situation", a young russian couple is more likely to live with parents than a western couple (excluding asian, latin-american and people from "old world traditions" countries).

So the rumours about Panenkova leaving Eteri seemed to be true. Gleichengauz just posted a preview of all the team doing his initial poses for the next season and Dasha was not there.

Well there are some people missing like Moris and some junior/novice skaters. But yes and she does nothing to stop the rumors Said she was going to practice today and post a picture from a locker room that people say is not Sambo 70. And I hear she didn't answer questions about her staying or departure on her live Instagram feed. Wonder who she has gone to so late in the off season? Her Instagram still says team Tutberidze.

I dont think anyone on Eteri's group cares about Moris until they realize its time to show up in the K&C with him. As for the little novice juniors they are Rozganov's class

Well from what I hear, Daria doesn't/didn't skate with the "A" team anyway and what Daniil posted was the "A" team

There are a lot of rumors and discussions on russian chats, and some are "between people from the rink" and "what they heard in the dressing rooms/hallways" and more.

The confirmed or realistic facts are:
- Panenkova skated in GPF with an injury, a bone-crack, but being enthused about making the GPF, on her own chose to participate. It is possibly affecting her current practices or skating prospects, etc.

- Panenkova's mother/family is apparently having financial difficulties. She recently advertised a bedroom for rent in their apartment (a room-mate arrangement). She is also selling on "Russian ebay", as of late June (while Darya was still at the summer training camp), A LOT of Daria's latest skating dresses, practically ALL her skates/boots, and other gear which is expensive and RECENTLY purchased/brand new, on line: https://www.avito.ru/user/3c24825d9b6de20d43f70842a82fa0c5/profile?id=1294395932&src=item

- There is also a mention of Darya's "sadness and state of depression" over something with "man's name/Denis", but that is more of an opinion than a fact. But Denis Ten's death is a good reason for sadness, if it is about this "Denis"..

The whole discussion (on that chat) is that a) Darya maybe moving to another city/town/St. Pete?/etc..... or b) some are saying "she is just ashamed over family's situation with finances, and that's why her posts and mood are so pessimistic and fatalist"....

Panenkova has both SP and FS programmes completed/choreographed, and 2 GP spots. let's see what happens..

Well, she looks gorgeous, although I don't see a big change from her original hairstyle haha. I guess we'll have to wait and see about the rest.

Btw looking on IG it appears this is also where Sotnikova and Sinitsina get their hair done - I love it!

Actually, I think she must have some soft spot for Moris. Or is it that she doesn’t really care about his results that much because he doesn’t skate for Russia? Any Russian man with the results that Moris had would be already kicked out of her group.

Are they trying to humiliate Moris into leaving? Poor guy. But he must be pretty strong, since he has lasted longer than any of her other students. I do think she likes him personally, perhaps they bonded because of their Georgian background. But he is probably seen as a liability at this point, so I wouldn't be surprised if she was trying to send him a message. Didn't they put Daria with the younger group for awhile too, or was that someone else?

Yes, that why I said she wasn't on their "A" team. Because I remember reading that she skated with the novice last year too while Alexandra, Alena and Anna skated with Evgenia/Alina
