I have not been to Yagudin's thread for a while but just went now..entry #113 shows 2 vids of interview he did with Med after her homecoming from Olympics....I always really have liked him and the way he questioned her about all topics...loss, injury, training, the future I love him now. This is really a great insight into how mature and what a great competitor she is.
I am so happy now she is choosing a coach who I think will bring out the best in her, win or not, she will be sought after.

I had a college teacher tell me once that she felt I was too immature and that I should think about a switching into another career. I have worked in social services for over 20 years. Always nice to have that doubt make you work harder and be better simply to prove people wrong.

She does use her body to express the music. Apparently you have not been watching. Her jumps are not horribke, the way you seem to believe. Her 2A is weak, and she has a slight flutz. It doesn't mean All of her jumps are horrible. You are msking her sound like a third rate skater.

So far she has depended too much on facial expressions, miming, etc. and not enough on full body movement.
