Randomly, Taye Diggs started following me on twitter (I still have no idea why), so I follow him back.

Senator Amy Klobuchar follows me (I think I followed her first, but I am not sure there), probably because live in Minneapolis.

Otherwise, I once tweeted something to Alison Arngrim (Nellie Olson on Little House on the Prairie) and she replied and retweeted.

I love that he follows you! Apparently it's a bit of a joke that Taye follows everybody - I love it!!

I don't feel comfortable naming names, but there is one skater I follow who likes everything I post on her Instagram and as a result I keep posting. It is a little sillly of me to keep blabbing to someone I don't know, but she is very sweet!

I love that he follows you! Apparently it's a bit of a joke that Taye follows everybody - I love it!!

I did wonder, because it seemed so random that he started following me (I wasn't following him at that point... I mean, I knew who he was, but I hadn't even been on twitter that long, so I wasn't following a lot of people).

The creator/head honcho of Chicago Fire (Derek Haas) follows me on Twitter and has for several years now. I've also gotten likes and replies from just about everyone on CF and most of the folks on CPD (my faves, Jesse Spencer and Monica Raymund, are two who have replied to me a few times ). I once got into a random college football discussion/argument with Michael Raymond-James which was hilarious since I'm a Buckeye fan and he's a fan of TTUN. I've gotten many likes from Queen Simone (Biles) which always makes me smile because I adore her so much, Jake Dalton is another who either replies or likes my tweets to him, and Dominique Moceanu has been following me for a few years now (she's wonderful). I've gotten lots of likes and replies from skaters over the years including the Shibs, Ashley Wagner, Jason Brown, Chock & Bates, Mariah Bell, Jeremy Abbott, and Adam Rippon. It's always fun when one of your faves appreciates something you said to or about them.

Michelle Kwan used to follow me on Twitter but now I'm blocked by her and I have no idea why. I'm pretty boring unless I'm on vacation so I have no idea what happened there. That was pretty devastating for this big time Kwan fan though.

I’ve had the various likes from skaters and gymnasts from time to time, can’t remember any in particular other than Adam Rippon, lol.

I don’t have anyone terribly exciting following me, but I’ve gotten a couple of replies from Ben Gleib (host of Idiotest on Game Show Network), and American Horror Story retweeted me right before the premiere a couple of seasons ago and my phone was blowing up for the entire episode and beyond. Last I checked the tweet was viewed 700,000+ times

Oh, and USA Gymnastics has twice liked tweets where I am bitching about how NBC covers the sport, that was a delight in a half when those notifications came through

I've also had some back and forth with Ben Stiller, but I've met him before, so there was already a basis for discussion with us.

Morgan Hurd, the world champion gymnast, liked and retweeted my post. I said that I hoped that someone cool - and I named some designers (Nike and others) would launch a Morgan Hurd sports glasses collection.

I totally forgot this, but on the 20th anniversary of Paul Wylie's LP skate/silver medal Olympic win, I tweeted a link to that skate to Scott Hamilton, telling him it was 20 years ago and expressing how much I loved his commentary during that skate. He responded very kindly, thanking me for the reminder and saying how much he loved that moment.

I'm also randomly followed by George Chakiris (West Side Story), Daniel Newman (Walking Dead), Jordan Woods Robinson (Walking Dead), assorted others from Walking Dead, several dancers from So You Think You Can Dance (most notably - Mark Kanemura, who danced with Lady Gaga) and Dancing With the Stars. No skaters though, which is interesting.
