True Crime thread / for Adults only

I hope the "job" the police did in this case is an outlier because that case was nuts. Putting evidence in red solo cups and shopping bags, not even clean ones, I think pork DNA was found in them from the food they had been eating! Using a leaf blower to help find evidence... A cop getting drunk and leaving his gun in someone else's car, Trooper Proctor's entire vile existence. I don't know if she did it or not but police officers should know better jfc.

I was in Boston recently visiting family. We went to the local pub for lunch and as it was somewhat empty, the bartender expounded at length on this case.

Apparently when Mr. O'Keefe's body was found in the driveway, the police didn't knock on the door of the home to ask if the homeowners had seen or heard anything. Not even after identifying that the body was that of a cop and one of the residents was also a cop.

If they find a dead body in my driveway, they would knock on my door and my neighbors' anytime of day to see what we knew.

Rambo the pit bull comes to the rescue and scares off some purse snatchers. Victim must have been followed from the bank.
