Wanda Holloway is the woman's name who ordered a hit on another 8th grade cheerleader and her mom. I think she ended up spending a year in prison. I remember when it happened because it was just so ridiculous but true.That is the one!!
I believe it was based on a true story otherwise it could have been a comedy it is so unbelievable.
I don't know what state this in, but in Crazy CA, I have seen a Camel at a filling station. Having said that.......who bites a Camel's testicles? That is too gross to even think of.

I think it was bigger in the South first. When ESPN was created they needed filler between games and carried national high school and cheerleading/ dance team championships and I think the popularity exploded from there. I do think there were a lot of moms, like Holloway, living through their daughters. Of course she went off of the deep end.

Ours are camping in front of parliament house and have gone full sov-cit. Their latest genius plan includes attending the Dawn Service on Monday (ANZAC Day) and then marching to Parliament House to "sack the lot". Fortunately there's only a handful of them, but I'd like to think that if they were stupid enough to disrupt the Dawn Service they will find themselves thrown out of the city before their feet even touch the ground. (Also not sure who they intend on sacking given a) Monday is a public holiday, b) the election has been called so the House has been dissolved, c) it's not a sitting week anyway.)
I think the movie Serial Mom with Kathleen Turner was loosely based on this. In the movie she kills several people but it's actually a comedy. One of her murders is because the woman wore white shoes after labor day.

I have one (not "cooking from scratch" like those). My mom got a frozen pizza from Kroger (not the frozen food department). She slid it off of the cardboard, just like any frozen pizza, and put it on a cookie sheet in the oven. Turns out Kroger doesn't put there pizzas on cardboard. She actually slid the crust off and threw it away and baked a cookie sheet full of sauce, cheese and pepperoni.

Well, it was all burnt to the cookie sheet by the time she realized it smelled funny and it all had to be thrown away, along with the cookie sheet, so no carb. I don't remember what she said they had instead.
