As I had watched the American version, I knew what to expect, I thought. This version really points up the culture and current environment in Brazil, which is substantially different from that in the US. Also, I can only think that the fashions worn by the women were more in the line of hootchie(sp?) mama and there were far more tattoo's among the Brazilian contestants. Given that there was dubbing, the affect on the contestants appeared to be more over the top. Interesting from a cultural perspective.

I've been watching these too! The other night I binged three in a row. They are done so well with the acting and the details into the investigations. Some are so inspiring but most make me sad thinking about the lives lost.I have been binge watching an old Canadian series called Mayday. I am totally addicted. Most episodes are available free on YouTube. It is like a real life CSI but for planes.

We randomly stumbled upon the 3rd season when it was airing on W earlier this year and loved it, so now we've gone back to start the first season. (Each season is a completely different story and set of characters, so you can watch them out of order.)I am half way through the second episode of “Why Women Kill” on Amazon Prime and I’m already hooked.
It is a dark comedy/drama that follows the lives of 3 unrelated couples who live in the same house during different decades, 1964, 1984, and 2019.
Ginnifer Goodwin plays the 1960s housewife and Lucy Lui is the 1980s diva.
Eventually murder comes into play for all 3 couples but I don’t know how yet.
It is hysterically funny.
Worth watching if only to see Lucy Lui decked out in 1980s fashion, hair and makeup reminiscent of Dynasty.

Jungle Cruise starts with an acoustic guitar instrumental of Metallica's Nothing Else Matters. I have to say it shocked me to hear Metallica in a Disney movie. I don't normally associate the two.

It's also called Air Crash Investigation in some countries and seasons 11-18 are available on Disney+. Really fascinating how sometimes the tiniest issue can become a huge problem. Of course the famous ones that you know about - like Tenerife or 9/11 - you already know what happened and why, but trying to guess the cause of others can be interesting and the way they piece things together is fascinating.I have been binge watching an old Canadian series called Mayday.
