And, judgment of other parents and suggesting they are "psychotic" kinda raises a whole lot of red flags on this post.
 
I'm just saying we saw pictures of baby Archie, but nothing of Lilibet. That's why I'm doubting. I would never bring up race, and what does my dislike of Kurt Browning even have to do with this topic?

Any parent would be thrilled to talk about their children, and Meghan has shown that sharing what she's doing is far more important than how her children are. That's why I said I question her as a parent. I'm sure she has a wonderful team of nannies.

Many new parents, especially celebrity parents, choose not to share pictures of their babies/kids online for privacy or security reasons. It doesn't mean that they don't care about their kids.

Honestly, none of us have the slightest inkling of what Meghan is like as a mom. So it's probably best to stop the speculation and the judgment.

It's less than 6 months since Lilibet was born; maybe they want to wait till she's older before sharing any pics etc.

They have shared some photos/videos of little Archie (who seems precious).

The "faked a pregnancy" conspiracy is such a bizarre phenomenon. I don't understand why so many people believe that these elaborate schemes are somehow easier and more logical to pull off than simply having a baby. In Lilibet's case, we've seen the official birth certificate. But you think it is more likely that the State of California, Santa Barbara County, Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, and various doctors and officials all agreed to commit fraud than that Meghan and Harry want to keep their baby away from public scrutiny. Maybe you should reconsider who is behaving irrationally.

Absolutely they knew. I wouldn't describe it as co-authoring but they absolutely provided the details. Diana's book was much more explosive because she was the future wife to the King.

The reality is that the press is insane over there. They profit huge, huge money with stories and photographers can become rich.

So they tell and print lives. Kate is boring and perfect pick on the new wife. Put yourself in that scenario .. would you not want to fight back?

I would hate to marry into the Royal family. Absolutely no freedom, your life under a microscope. Kate was groomed meticulously for years. I feel sorry for their children though.

My point was that - if they knew - then, the RF let the Sussexes have it their way. I find this impressing and I see the RF in a new light. I thought they were more restrictive towards them or even bullying them.

Victims of the press - yes. Victims of the RF? - I don't think so

She's 6 months old and the Suxeses aren't as active on social media right now as they were with Archie. Who, btw, a lot of people said they didn't share enough pictures of when he was Lilibet's age. Let's put it this way, the picture on the hospital steps only happened with Archie because they were still in the RF and in England.

I don't expect anything of Lilibet until her 1-year-old birthday. We may get something sooner but I'm not expecting it. (And I frankly don't think celebrities should be sharing a lot of pictures of their kids anyway. (And non-celebrity parents should think twice about it, too.)

Look, Meghan and Harry aren't my favorite people. There are plenty of things you can criticize them for as they have made quite a few missteps. But so much of the criticism against them is so OTT. Or downright bizarre. Like the idea that she faked her child's whole existence. Did she kill JFK too?
 
With regard to the book stuff--and whether or not H/M shared info-- What really strikes me as sad about it is that royal family members feel the need to try to influence media portrayals of them in such a manner. The royals don't normally speak to the press except on the most innocuous of topics; so if they want to get info out about themselves, often the only way is to leak it, directly or through friends/staff. It's really just not an effective way to communicate with the world.

And to look pregnant Meghan used one of those fake pregnancy bellies they use on TV or what?

Would I love to see a picture of Lily and/or the whole family? Sure. But there are many, many, many people who keep their children off any social media (until they're old enough to decide for themselves) and she likely moves on because she doesn't want to reveal anything too personal about the children (that can then be twisted into something she didn't say).
If you think about, we don't hear much about the Cambridge children either. We see the pictures that the William and Kate decide to share but beyond that, we don't really know anything about the kids. Nor any of the other royal kids in Europe, really. And I'm good with that. I'm mostly here for the fashion and bling anyway ;)

It has only happened with Diana and Harry. Charles to a certain extent. I would describe all their situations a crisis point in their lives.

I doubt he Royal family bullied Harry and Meghan ... the biggest problem was with the business side of the palace and the two offices held by Harry and the other by William. The senior aides or whatever you call them. Diane talked about the same situation in her book and media. They made the situation worse.

Kate in general does not talk about her kids while she's out and about. She doesn't say "Charlotte loves this" or "Louis loves that." It's entirely normal for people who lead very public lives to not want to inflict that fishbowl on their children while the children are still young.

And if you think about it, do we hear much about Anne's kids, or Edward's? They're part of the family but do we know much about them?

And I guess, it's none of anyone's business anyway. They may be public figures but they still have a right to privacy as well and I think, the children even more so.

Come to think of it, has there been a picture of Sienna? A quick Google search didn't turn up anything other than the cute footprints.

In general I'd say the Swedish royal kids are the most visible, but it's done very carefully and they're not subject to the sort of media coverage the BRF gets.

The whole "Archie and Lili* aren't their kids" thing is ridiculous. Fake pregnancies are for soap operas, not real life. Archie, as we could all see, looks exactly like you'd expect a child of Meghan and Harry to look. And even if they had been adopted, or if there had been an egg donor, why should anyone care? This is the 21st century. It doesn't matter how families are made, only that the kids are cared for, loved, and happy.

* Lilibet is the official name, but it was announced that she'd be referred to as Lili.

From what I have read, it was only one member of the family (likely Andrew) who asked how dark do they think the kid might be. And frankly, what's the difference if Meghan was all white and not just half-white and Andrew wondered what color hair the kid might have? It's not an inherently racist question. Just because a narcissstic manipulative half-white gold-digger screams it, doesn't make it so.

This is where I am coming from, so that you don't ever think everything and everyone is "racist". I'm a gay white man, and in society I feel that I am treated as "Half-white, Half-gay". The Half-Gay part being the "bad" part, the one that allows people to discriminate against me, make laws against me, etc. So I "get" being a target of bigots. I do understand the issues that blacks, Asians, women have to deal/cope with, just as I do. Now with Meghan, I was initially THRILLED to see her with Harry. I actually liked and was hopeful towards Meghan BECAUSE she was half-white and I thought she'd be great to mix up the BRF. So I was completely in her corner. But then...... then she started showing her colors. I find her a Kardashian wannabe, a narcissist, a liar, a fake, a fraud, an entitled brat. Her behavior at Wimbledon, her behavior with Oprah, her behavior in general.

My poor opinion of Meghan has NOTHING to do with the color of her skin. It has to do with her character and her behavior.

No matter how rich Harry is, he comes with so much baggage that unless Meghan loves him enough to think it's worth it she would never touch him with a ten foot pole. Meghan may have been a minor celebrity but she had already amassed several millions of her own. Would a gold-digger target a spouse who would ensure that she would always be the lowest on the totem pole within his family, which btw have so many rules that she was barred from the splashy life-style a gold-digger would crave? Would she remove herself & him from the source of all those riches? Would she only take on projects that do good for others? Sheesh!

Hm, I just went through the whole Oprah interview (1:25 hour!) because this seemed to be the turning point and the RF lost patience with the Sussexes: Racism among the RF is mentioned 3 times.

It's really fascinating how vague Meghan's and Harry's wording remains, letting Oprah speak out the poignant accusations. Probably planned this way.

Today, there is an article that some people in or close to (?) the palace could sue Netflix for their portrayel in "The Crown". Don't know if this could/should means much though. I didn't call YOU moronic, I called the term moronic. Not because I think 2.1 million would be the goal of a gold-digger. But I think that would give her the resources to go to & fit in at where the beautiful people are. I would think someone like David Foster or Elon Musk would be the target of a gold-digger.

I do not have rose-colored glasses where Meghan is concerned. But I don't know how you or all the other online bullies KNOW her character. You are positive she's a gold-digger. Good for you that you're all-omniscient.

I am not saying that I am all-omniscient. Maybe it's my lifetime of experiences, dealing with all types of people that I feel that I can trust my instincts wrt people. Maybe she's really a good person. I mean it would suck if she's actually an amazing selfless humanitarian like Diana and she just can't get on board with the Press. But the people blindly standing up for her and criticising her detractors sound very much like those who defend Donald Trump. They don't see how awful of a person he is, though it is apparent to anyone with working eyes, ears, and most importantly BRAINS. But then I would be all-omniscient to have the same opinion of Trump, right? Whatevs.

If she's a super swell person, it would be easy to change the course of her PR. She's not. Therein lies the problem. With her. IMO.
