Billy Steinberg, part of one of the most successful songwriting teams of the '80s and '90s, from 'Eternal Flame' to 'I Touch Myself,' has died.

Jesse Jackson has died.

I remember going to see him speak locally when he ran for POTUS. Even back then he had already lived through such tumultuous times when it came to civil rights and equality for black Americans. He fought the good fight. RIP
