The US is going to their strongest event HB and they are not too bad on floor. I do agree on PH as that will be what tests their medal chances.

She really is bolder than 10 day old monkey piss.
Mustafina would slap her into next week.she competes like a bamboo's ass. She needs to love herself and go eat a bran muffin. And then work on her endurance because she's going to be working double from here on out. I really don't want to see anymore of her crying or egotistical temperament in Rio, she's bringing this negativity to herself and it's pointless and only going to hurt her mentally.

Do some of the us gymnasts look like overly buff horses? Yes, but if she watched the Aly Raisman documentary and saw the leg conditioning drills that Mihai had her do, she'd understand that in actuality she's kind of just a waif without a cause. Aly would kill for her line, toe point, and fluidity but she throws it away and then smiles about it.
I think that Khorkina should be the team manager and be paid to yell at them.
Was that while he was running past the pears screaming go USA with Purvis mid routine? Completely unprofessional.Wait you don't wanna see that in Rio? But the Russian drama is just as entertaining when they hit their routines!

P.S. I love Yin Alvarez! I think he was crying after Leyva's HB?

USA new levels of obnoxiousness. When the coach starts roaring a good minute after the performance whilst there are athletes on the pears etc....the guys are also the most inarticulate morons I've ever had the pleasure of watching...and listening to
Examples:
You do you baby
Let's go baby
That's what I'm talking about baby
And what...and what....

Komova needs to embrace her inner bitch and flip the judges already. We all know it's coming.![]()
It reminds me vaguely of when Boguinskaya lost the world AA title to Kim Zmeskal and she boldly told the press that it the championships had been held in Europe and not in the US there is no way she would have won, lol.

OMG, Japan off PB.

At least Bogie backed it up with great gymnastics and didn't body shame her competitors...publicly. She probably wouldn't tolerate any of Komova's crap and make sure she'd be off the team for someone more stable and with more grit.

As happy as I am that the U.S. women won yesterday, the men's team competition has been more exciting to watch.
The U.S. men gave Whittenburg a second chance on FX: 14.200
Naddour: 15.100
Ruggeri: 14.633
I'm calling it right now: The U.S. men's team will be Mikulak, Whittenburg, Leyva, Naddour, and Wynn. Anyone disagree with me? Could Dalton or Orozco get in?
It bothers me when the coaches do it, when they have no athletes on the apparatus...and they're running past an apparatus with an athlete performing. But I take your pointDoes is bother you when the Americans do it because you understand what they are saying? All of the athletes shout words of encouragement to each other. Frankly, I wish I understood what all of shouts. It doesn't bother me in the least. That's just part of being a team.

Dalton could definitely get in especially with how floor went today.
