Couldn't find the topic, so creating one for the Future of Figure Skating podcast with host Anna Kellar. Each episode is an interview with a new person from the figure skating community and explores a wide range of topics and thoughts centered around the current and systemic problems in this sport - mental health and well-being of the athletes, governance and financial structures in federations, challenges in different disciplines and underrepresented groups, evolution of the judging and rules, and many more.

It already has 28 episodes and recently switched to the video format. Some of the recent guests are: Bruno Massot, Johanna Allik, Jamal Othman, Philipp Craig Buntin, Kiira Korpi, Meagan Duhamel and others.

One of the episodes I would recommend to get a feeling of the podcast:
- Episode 14 - Christopher Trevisan (Director of the Skating School of Switzerland, working with Stephane Lambiel)
- Episode 22 - Panel with Joan Ryan (author of "Little Girls in Pretty Boxes" book and Kaitlyn Weaver)
- Episode 21 - Rob Koehler (Director of Global Athlete, ex-Deputy Director General of WADA)
- Episode 3 - Jeroen Prins (Judge and Technical controller)
- Episode 18 - Ryan Stevens (SkateGuard blog father)

Paul Greene talks about numerous Russian athletes who have attempted to come forward as whistle blowers only to back out because of the death threats levelled against their family.

I listened to the latest ep and it was great to have a lawyer’s perspective.

The interview was very well conducted and I appreciated all three members of the panel.

Many like to complain about Meagan but she made great points and I love her advocacy when it comes to this.

The system is failing in never finding systemic culprits who dope, but also failing athletes as they have all the accountability (if testing positive but also in whistleblowing) but no support.

Anna’s latest episode (#40) is with Drew Meekins (and Matteo Rizzo was the one before): https://www.youtube.com/@TheFutureofFigureSkating/videos
